Position Title:      Inventory Coordinator

Reports To:          Warehouse Manager

Location:              Hereford, TX

Shift:                     1.00 PM to 10:00 PM

 

Description

Coordinate optimal utilization of Inventory Management at a functional level for the warehouse team. Works closely with warehouse teams to support the collection, entry and reporting of inventory management functions. Support and lead internal warehouse process.

 

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities

Performs Inventory Management Functions

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform Daily Inventory Cycle Counts and Adjustments
  • Research Inventory Variance
  • Assist with full inventory counts on an as needed basis
  • Manage Bad Goods registration and final disposition
  • Control and process customers Returns
  • Monitors aging inventory and hold product in inventory. Assure Stock rotation.
  • Assist operation fixing labels / pallets / user issues.

 

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • High School Degree (or equivalent G.E.D.) with 1+ years' experience in related position/field

 Key Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong, time management and organizational skills
